Top Factory provides B2B drone solutions services, including project inquiry handling, solution consultation, quotation, configuration, OEM/ODM customization coordination, and export arrangement for industrial drones and related components. We work with manufacturing resources in China and contract through our Hong Kong company. This website is an information and inquiry channel; it is not an online store and does not process card payments.

• Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding order or contract • The process runs from inquiry to quotation, then to a written contract agreed by both parties • Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to specification, quantity, and market conditions • Payment terms, deposit percentage, and delivery schedule are agreed per order in the contract, not fixed by this website • We reserve the right to decline an inquiry or a project where requirements cannot be met

• Delivery schedules, trade terms, and packaging are agreed per project in the quotation or contract • Export documentation is prepared according to the destination market and the agreed terms • Customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise • Transfer of risk follows the trade term specified in the contract

• Warranty scope, duration, and after-sales support are defined in the quotation or contract for each project • Applicable warranty documents and inspection records are confirmed before order placement • This website does not offer a general return policy; any return, repair, or replacement is handled according to the agreed contract terms • For warranty or support matters, please contact us with your order reference

Top Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
